SPANISH

This program is dedicated to exploring the cultural heritage and language of Dual Language Middle School students. It aims to develop four important areas in students’ Spanish language proficiency: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

 

This program focuses on the importance and the advantages of speaking a second language in today’s society. There is also a cultural component that exposes students to the geography and cultures of the Spanish-speaking world.  Along with exploring Spanish, students are constantly immersed in technology enabled on-line learning environment. 

 

Este programa está dedicado a la exploración del lenguaje y legado cultural de los alumnos de la Escuela Bilingüe Intermedia de Dos Idiomas. Apunta a desarrollar cuatro áreas importantes en el dominio del idioma Español: lectura, escritura, habla y comprensión auditiva. 

 

Este programa se enfoca en la importancia y ventajas de poder hablar un segundo idioma en la sociedad de hoy en día. Hay también un componente cultural que expone a los alumnos a la geografía y culturas del mundo de habla Española. A la par de la exploración del Español, los alumnos están constantemente inmersos en un ambiente de aprendizaje habilitado a través de la tecnología en línea.
