Below is a list of resources, located in the dropdown menu, and an explanation of how they are used at DLMS.

These links not only allow you to keep track of your child's education, but also allows you to be an integral part of the school community.

  • NYC Health Screening​​​

    • All DOE employees, students, families, and visitors seeking to enter DOE buildings must complete a health screening before entering DOE facilities. This health screening must be completed on each day of arrival and results will reset at midnight of each day. Upon entering the facility you will be asked to provide the results of your screening either by showing your phone or a printout of the results.

  • DLMS Calendar

    • This is our school calendar which not only includes the NYC DOE holidays and happenings, but also includes ​our DLMS events such as major exam dates, orientations, school showcases and so much more.


    • This is the department of education's official calendar for all public school students.

  • ClassTag

    • ​ClassTag is a messaging, media-sharing, and classroom organization tool for teachers and families. When teachers set up an account and create their classes, they can add or import caregivers' information and invite them via an access code, text, or email. From the dashboard, teachers and administration can create announcements, activities, sign-ups, messages, and more. Look out for your invitation! This is DLMS' primary communication platform. 

  • NYC Schools Account

    • ​The NYC Schools Account is your gateway to support and track your children's progress through public school education at the NYC Department of Education.

  • MySchool

    • NYC families can use MySchools to apply to public schools from 3-K to high school.

  • NYC Well

    • ​NYC Well is your connection to free, confidential mental health support. Speak to a counselor via phone, text, or chat and get access to mental health and substance use services, in more than 200 languages, 24/7/365.
